WELLBEING WEEK
In the Hub, We believe that Jesus invites us into life in all its fullness (John 10:10). We also know that January can feel like a hard month — the days are shorter, the Christmas lights have gone away, and things can feel a little quieter and heavier than usual.
During Wellbeing Week, we want to gently create space to care for ourselves and one another — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It’s a chance to slow down, to pray, to laugh, to connect, and to simply be together.
There’s no pressure and no expectations to take part in everything. Please feel free to join in whatever feels right for you. And if this time of year is feeling particularly difficult, you’re not alone — please do reach out. We would really love to support you.
