How we’re led

At its heart, the Hub isn’t a building or an organisation - it’s a community on a mission. Everything we do is fueled by a passion for Jesus and a desire to see lives and communities transformed by Him.

The Hub is powered by an incredible community of volunteers and staff. Whether it’s the team stacking chairs on a Sunday morning or the creative hearts singing worship songs - we are one team with one vision.

The Staff Team: These guys look after the day-to-day life of our church family, ensuring everything at the Hub runs smoothly and that everyone feels cared for.

Team Leaders: We are so grateful for our leaders who pour into our various teams—from Worship, Welcome to Setup to Outreach and Socials. They aren't just "managing" tasks; they are encouraging and cheering everyone who calls the Hub home.

The Planning Group: This team helps us look ahead, dreaming and designing the events and shape future plans for our community.

Care and Accountability

We want the Hub to be the safest and most life-giving environment possible.

Safeguarding: Our Parish Safeguarding Officer is a vital part of our life together, overseeing recruitment and providing support to ensure every person is protected and valued.

Governance: We operate as The Hub Trust, a registered charity. Our Trustees provide the essential wisdom and governance that keeps us accountable and healthy.

The Church of England: We are part of the Diocese of St Albans. Through a Bishops’ Mission Order, we remain closely connected to and accountable to the wider Diocesan leadership.
